How to Redeem

After logging in to ANA SKY WEB, click on the "Partner Awards" button in the members-only functions section.

After exchanging, please be sure to receive your award by depositing money into your ANA VISA Suica Card at a "VIEW ALTTE"^* ATM corner at an East Japan Railway station.

Charge deposit your award by depositing money into your ANA VISA Suica Card at an East Japan Railway station "VIEW ALTTE"^* ATM corner.

You will need the 4-digit personal identification number set when you applied for your ANA VISA Suica Card.

If you have forgotten your personal identification number, please contact Mitsui Sumitomo Card (0120-911-911: automated voice system) (Service Code "41"). A personal identification number notification will be mailed to your registered address within approximately 1 week. Please note that the AMC Center is unable to answer any questions regarding credit card personal identification numbers or VIEW ALTTE^*.

Notes

* Please note that 10,000 miles will be redeemed for 5,000 Yen worth of deposit money into the Suica at the time of mile reduction when redeemed total miles per year per customer into the Partner Awards Program is more than 30,000 miles.

* Applications can only be made from the Members-only functions.

* The redemption rate is current as of April 1, 2010. (redemption rate may change.)

* Regardless of the reason, we cannot accept cancellations after you apply for Awards redemption. In addition, we cannot refund miles from Points that have been redeemed.

* This award is redeemed by applying to deposit money into the Suica of the ANA VISA Suica card that you have registered with ANA Mileage Club. Please note that you cannot deposit money into Suica services other than your ANA VISA Suica Card, such as Mobile Suica.

* After the exchange application has been processed, you will be able to deposit money into your card from 6:00 a.m. 2 days after the day of your application (application date cutoff is midnight). After the exchange is accepted, the money may be deposited into Suica until the end of the financial year (end of March) following the day after the exchange acceptance date. Once the deposit period has passed, all Suica converted from mles will become invalid. After this time, you will no longer be able to recieve your award so please make sure you deposit into your ANA VISA Suica Card within this period.

* If there are any errors in your ANA Mileage Club number on your application, the application will not be accepted and the deducted miles will be returned to your account after approximately 2-3 months.
(Please note that you will not be contacted directly.)

* The maximum deposit to the Suica portion of your ANA VISA Suica Card is ¥20,000. Suica deposits in excess of the upper limit cannot be accepted. Be sure to check the Suica balance on your ANA VISA Suica before applying for or receiving awards.
