* Please note that 10,000 miles will be redeemed for 5,000 points worth of Takashimaya Point at the time of mile reduction when redeemed total miles per year per customer into the Partner Awards Program is more than 30,000 miles.

* Applications can only be made from the Members-only functions.

* The redemption rate is current as of April 1, 2010. (redemption rate may change.)

* Regardless of the reason, we cannot accept cancellations after you apply for Awards redemption. In addition, we cannot refund miles from Points that have been redeemed.

* Please allow approximately 2 months from the date of application for miles to be transferred to Takashimaya Point. (Please check your TAKASHIMAYA CARD <<Gold>> User Information to confirm whether the transfer to Takashimaya Point has been completed.)

* If your TAKASHIMAYA CARD <<Gold>> has expired when accruing Takashimaya Point, you will not be eligible for point accrual.

* The name displayed on the TAKASHIMAYA CARD <<Gold>> should correspond to the name registered with ANA Mileage Club.

* This award requires you to complete prelimiary procedures in advance. When you receive your TAKASHIMAYA CARD <<Gold>>enter the necessary details on the enclosed "ANA Mileage Club Partner Services Application" and return it to Takashimaya Credit co., ltd. This award will be available for use approximately 3 weeks after your application is received. If you do not have a copy of the "ANA Mileage Club Partner Services Application," please contact the TAKASHIMAYA CARD <<Gold>> Information Center (0120-720- 899) or visit the Card Counter/Member's Salon at any Takashimaya store (except for Iyotetsu Takashimaya).
