* The redemption rate is current as of April 1, 2010. (redemption rate may change.)

* Regardless of the reason, we cannot accept cancellations after you apply for Awards redemption. In addition, we cannot refund miles from Points that have been redeemed.

* T Points cannot be awarded if the T Card has expired when T Points are to be awarded. Check the expiration date of your T Card before applying.

* When you register a Net-T Account as your target account for T point conversions, please wait until the points conversion you ordered has been completed and the points awarded before you consolidate your Net-T Account and T Card Account.
