To register to the ANA Mileage Club you must accept the membership agreement. Confirm here.   [Information regarding initial fees and card issuance fees] There are no initiation fees or annual fees with the ANA Mileage Edy Card. Normally the ANA Mileage Edy Card requires a ¥500 initiation fee, but the fee is waived during the offer period, until September 30, 2009. Please note that an initiation fee of ¥500 will be charged for applications that fall outside of the campaign deadline. * An initiation fee may be charged when switching an ANA Card over to an IC Card (Edy or Suica).   [For current ANA Mileage Club Card holders] Current [ANA Milege Club Card] holders may switch to an Edy card through our online members-only feature.   [number of days until the card arrives] Your [ANA Mileage Card] will be delivered 2 or 3 weeks after you apply. Please provide your 10-digit member number shown on the enrollment completion page when making a reservation and boarding for customers boarding an ANA group flight with an ANA flight number (*) who have not yet received an official membership card. Also, retroactive registrations will be accepted at the ANA Mileage Club Service Center only. (*)For Japan Domestic Flights, the operating airline is not a factor when boarding a flight with an ANA flight number.   [for those who do not have an e-mail address] It is necessary to register an e-mail address in order to apply to join the ANA Mileage Club online, There is a special application form for customers who do not have an e-mail address so please call the dedicated phone number  to obtain an application form.   [Members living overseas] Customers living overseas cannot apply for an Edy Card online.
