-ANA Mileage Club card or ANA card members over 65 years of age may use this fare, if there are seats available on the day of departure.
-Please present your ANA Mileage Club card, which your date of birth is registered, or ANA card when purchasing a ticket and boarding.
 *Please carry an identification card, which your date of birth is printed, with you at all times.
*To use your ANA Mileage Club card as an ID, customers will be asked to present an official document to confirm the date of birth at our affiliate offices or airport counter (first time only).

| Refunds |
Refunds for expired tickets may be obtained within 10 days following the expiration of the ticket, counting from the day after the expiration date.
For customers with the actual ticket in possession, please bring your ticket to our ticket counter within the refund period (to the travel agency if they have issued the ticket).
Refund fee will be applied (¥420 per leg). |
