| Reservations |
Reserve your flight 1 day to 2 months prior to the departure
date. Identification indicating your date of birth or "Silver Card"
is required for ticket purchase and check-in. |

the date of reservation.
Within 2 days prior to the boarding date: 20 minutes prior to departure.
*When reserving multiple flights, the purchase due date will be the earliest purchase
due date based on each flight. |

| Changes |
Reservation and itinerary changes are not permitted. However,
this does not apply when seating is available on a flight with the same sector
and date departing prior to the reserved flight.
Premium class can be used when seats are available on the day of departure by adding ¥7,000. |
| Refunds |
Refundable within 10 days from the scheduled departure date.
A refund handling charge (¥420) and a cancellation
charge will apply to each ticket. |
