What types of flight reservations are possible through the Internet? |

flights (max. 4 seats and 6 routes) and international flights. |

Only for ANA Mileage Club Members. Members can make reservations up to 2 weeks prior to departure date. |

How many days prior to the flight can the reservations
be made through the Internet? |

Reservations can be made 355 days prior to your the departure date up to 5:00 p.m. on one
day prior to your departure date. However, the period differs depending
on the fare, payment method, and delivery method. When you
purchase tickets for fares with reservation/purchase limits,
purchases must be completed by 9:00 p.m. on the deadline date. |

Is it possible to confirm my reservation not made through the Internet? |
|
|
|
You can confirm reservations
only for ANA flights made through ANA ticket counter, ANA International Flights Reservation
and Information Center or on our website. For confirmations on
reservations which include other airlines, please inquire at the counter
or where you made the reservation. |

What payment methods are available? |
|
|
|
Various payment methods are available including
credit-card, bank transfer, payment at a convenience
store or post office, etc. |

How do I receive my tickets? |
|
|
|
You can select
e-ticket (paperless), and Ticket by Mail (free postage).Please
note that available delivery methods may be limited depending
on the itinerary and the reservation date. |

Is it possible to change or cancel my reservation? |
|
|
|
You cannot change or cancel
your reservation on our site. Please contact the ANA International
Flights Reservation and Information Center. Please note that
depending on your fare type, change or cancellation fee may be applied. |
