1 Quarantine Note: Please submit the health questionnaire if you are arriving by a flight from Southeast Asia, etc.
2  Immigration inspection Please present your passport and immigration card.
Note: The immigration card is not required if you are a Japanese national.
4 Customs inspection Please present your customs declaration form.
*The customs declaration needs presentation regardless of only presence to report it to.
Duty Free limits
Note: 200 cigarettes, 50 cigars or 250g of other tobacco products can be brought into the country duty-free. Other items that can be brought in duty-free include 3 bottles of liquor (about 760ml/ea) and 2 oz. (about 56cc) of perfume (not including eau de cologne and eau de toilette).

For Terminal 1 transits
Please go through the Departure Concourse on the third floor after you have cleared Transit Inspection on the fourth floor.
Please clear Transit Inspection and go through the Transit Counter on the third floor if you have not completed boarding procedures for your next flight.

Transit from Terminal 2
Please use the connecting bus in the terminal for transportation between terminals.

Transit from international flights to domestic flights
Transit from international flights to domestic flights
When connecting to ANA domestic flights at Narita Airport, please check-in your baggage at the Narita Connection Baggage Counter after you have completed the arrival process.
When connecting to domestic flights of other airlines, please go through the official exit and go to the terminal 2 by the connecting bus in the terminal.
When connecting to domestic flights at Haneda Airport, please go through the official exit and go to Haneda Airport after you have completed the arrival process.
Transit from domestic flights to international flights in the terminal 1
When connecting to ANA international flights at Narita Airport and if you already have checked-in your baggage, please go to the International Flight Departure gates from Domestic Flight Arrival gates after having baggage check and departure procedures in the transit area in the 3rd floor.
From 16th April, 2008, transit flow from domestic flights has changed. Minimum connecting time has also changed from 60minutes to 45minutes.
Transit from domestic flights to international flights in the termainal 2
When connecting to international flights of other airlines in terminal2, please go through the official exit and go to the terminal 2 by a connecting bus in the terminal after you have completed the arrival process.
