ANA SKY WEB - Smart-e Check-in

Simple and advanced check-in using PCs or mobile phone is now available for ANA international flights. You only have to pick up your boarding pass at the airport on the day of the departure!

Please be informed we cannot accept Smart-e Check-in service to the flight departing on/after July 1st, 2010.
To accompany the start of Internet Check-in, we will terminate Smart-e Check-in service to the flight departing on/after June 30th.

Immediately following your ticket purchase, check-in anywhere and anytime via the internet.

A service that allows advanced check-in using a mobile phone or PCs.

You can select or change your seating assignment up until the your seat even on the day of departure.

• You can check-in outside the airport
You can check-in anytime after your ticket purchase up to 1 hour prior to departure by always logging-in to ANA SKY WEB using either a mobile phone or PC. No time wasted at the airport and easy to use.

*	If you check-in before departure,you can pick-up your boarding pass more convenient by QR code(the 2D bar code)printed on the Smart-e ticket itinerary receipt.

• Select or change your seat up until the day of your departure.
You can select or change your seat assignment even on the date of the departure using Smart-e Check-in.
There is now wider and better selection of the seats than ever.

• Priority Check-in counter is offered at Narita Airport.
Customers who has finished Smart-e check-in, please proceed to the priority check-in counter.
(F-zone for Economy customers, C-zone for Business Class customers)

• Check-in for flights departing from overseas !
You can also check-in your return flight departing from overseas when you complete your Smart-e Check-in the flight departing from Japan.

*	It is necessary to pick up the boarding pass on departure date at airport.
