Service Information

Procedures and services at airports for code share flights are different depending on the flight. When using a code share flight, please note the following.

Check-in Check-in at the ANA counter. (For connection to international flights, Check-in at the International Flight Connection Counter.) ANA operated flights are not offered.
Confirmation of
flight number
The ANA (NH) flight number is printed on the boarding card. Indications on the guideboard in the airport are given with NH/NV flight numbers.
Minimum transfer
time at airport.
•Domestic flight to International flight: At least 80 minutes
•International flight to Domestic flight: At least 90 minutes
Baggage
(Carry-on baggage)
A passenger can carry only one piece of baggage satisfying the following conditions into the aircraft cabin.
  Weight - 5kg or less
Size - Allowable dimensions are 45cm x 35cm x 20cm

Flight attendants Only Nakanihon Airline Service (NV) flight attendants are on-board.
In-flight services Service standards in ANA domestic flight shall apply.
No smoking / Smoking All seats are no smoking.
Mileage Earn miles on ANA Mileage Club.
*Advance seat assignment is not applicable on same flights by NAL (with aircraft type F50).

If you fall under any of the following categories, please contact the "ANA Disability Desk" or ANA Domestic Flights Reservation and Information Center after your reservation. (Depending on the condition, NAL flights might not be available.)
