either the document entitled "Passenger Ticket and Baggage Check" or the Electronic Ticket, in each case issued by a carrier or a travel agent, for carriage of a passenger and/or baggage, containing flight coupon and passenger coupon or passenger receipt, or electronic flight coupon and Itinerary/Receipt in the case of Electronic Ticket.
"MCO(Miscellaneous Charges Order)" means
A document issued by a Carrier or its Authorized Agent. It is worth the price written on the MCO, and is used for payment for the types of service written on the MCO.
When an MCO is issued and/or honored for air transportation and related charges, applicable currency regulations shall apply.

'FOR FURTHER TRANSPORTATION AND/OR EXCESS BAGGAGE'
may be used for payment of ticket or excess baggage ticket for the person named in the MCO.
'FOR REFUND ONLY'
may be used for application of refund the place of purchase of the original ticket against which such MCO is issued.
Ticket Rules
(1) Ticket and MCO not transferable
A ticket and an MCO are valid only for the person named in the "PASSENGER NAME" box of the ticket. A ticket and an MCO are not transferable.
(2) Necessary Coupons for Boarding
Passenger need to present for carriage a valid ticket issued in accordance with ANA's regulations and containing the flight coupon(s) and a passenger coupon or passenger receipt. For Electronic Ticket, Itinerary/Receipt and positive identification such as passport should be presented for carriage.
(3) Validity of Ticket
The period of validity of tickets for normal fares is one year from the date of commencement of carriage, or from the date of issue if no portion of the ticket is used. Special fare tickets such as "Eco-wari" or "BIZ-wari" are valid for the period provided in such fare rules.
(4) Validity of MCO
The period of validity of a MCO shall be one year from the date of issue thereof.
(5) Coupon Sequence
Flight coupons must be used in sequence from the place of departure indicated on the Ticket.
Ticket Service Charge(TSC)
On/after April 1, 2009, Ticket Service Charge (JPY 2,100 per a ticket issued to a passenger) will be collected for issuance of ticket at ANA International Reservations and ANA City/Airport Office Counters within Japan. For details, please click here.
Ticket Types
Important information is included in your ticket, such as condition of a contract, name of passenger, itinerary, carrier, date of departure, flight portions, fares, etc. There are several types of tickets as follows.
e-Ticket (Electronic Ticket)
Paper Ticket
E-Ticket consists of electronic Flight Coupons containing ticket details that are safely stored in ANA's computer system and an Itinerary/Receipt which will be delivered to you. Present the Itinerary/ Receipt, necessary travel document such as visa, and positive identification such as passport for check-in on the day of departure and you will receive your boarding pass.
<Itinerary / Receipt>
(Type 1) A4 size
An A4 size Itinerary/Receipt consisting of Receipt(Fare / Ticket Information) part and Itinerary part.
(Type 2) Ticket size
A ticket size Itinerary / Receipt consisting of Itinerary coupon and Receipt coupon. "E-TKT ITINERARY/RECEIPT" is printed on the top.

"Passenger Ticket and Baggage Check" is the old traditional paper tickets.
(type 1) ATB Ticket
It is imprinted automatically and consists of Flight Coupons and Passenger Receipt with magnetic stripe on the backside.
(type 2) TAT Ticket
It is imprinted automatically and consists of Flight Coupon(s) and a Passenger Coupon. with carbon copy.
(type 3) Manually Issued Passenger Ticket
It is handwritten and consists of Flight Coupon(s) and a Passenger Coupon with carbon copy.
