ANA SKY WEB Assistance

Application for Reservation Changes and Refunds

At ANA, reservation changes and refunds will be handled pursuant to the following after ticket purchase. Please contact ANA International Reservation and Information Center, ANA city ticketing counter or airport ticketing counter for details of reservation changes and refunds procedures.
ANA SKY WEB will not be able to handle Reservation changes after ticket purchase. Please contact ANA International Reservation and Information Center.
E-tickets purchased via ANA SKY WEB or ANA International Reservation and Information Center within Japan with credit card may be refunded via ANA SKY WEB.
1. Reservation Changes
  
(1) Transfer to other flights
Reservation change to other flights without a change of sector to be flown will be made when the ticketed applicable fare rules do not restrict such changes. Some fares do not permit reservation changes to other flights or require change fees. Please contact ANA International Reservation and Information Center or ANA ticketing counters for details.
Changes will be made after checking your reservation and ticket details.
You will be informed of the difference in fare and taxes/fees/charges and/or applicable changes at the time of reservation change.
If your ticket was purchased at a travel agent and your travel has not yet started, please contact the travel agent.
(2) Changes in Routing
Reservation change to other routing will be made when the ticketed applicable fare rules do not restrict such changes. Some fares do not permit routing changes or require change fees. Please contact ANA International Reservation and Information Center or ANA ticketing counters for details.
Changes will be made after checking your reservation and ticket details.
You will be informed of the difference in fare and taxes/fees/charges and/or applicable change fees at the time of reservation change.
If your ticket was purchased at a travel agent and your travel has not yet started, please contact the travel agent.
(3) Exchange/Reissue Service Charge(ESC)
On/after April 1, 2009, Exchange/Reissue Service Charge (JPY 2,100 per a ticket issued to a passenger) will be collected for changes to international tickets at ANA International Reservations and ANA City/Airport Office Counters within Japan. For details, please click here.
2. Refunds
 For refund of lost tickets or MCO, please refer to '3. Loss of Tickets or MCO'

* For tickets or MCO issued at other carriers(including tickets or MCO originally issued at other carriers and reissued at ANA), please contact the issuing carrier.

(3) Validity for Refund
1. Tickets
Refund application will be accepted upon checking Itinerary/Receipt (for paper ticket, when a ticket is submitted, with the necessary information appended, within one year and thirty days from the date of commencement of travel(or from the date of issue if no portion of the ticket has been used).
2. MCO
Refund application will be accepted when all unused Exchange Coupon and Passenger Coupon of an MCO are submitted upon checking Itinerary/Receipt of the e-ticket issued in conjunction with the MCO(for paper ticket, when a Passenger Receipt/Coupon of the ticket is submitted) , with the necessary information appended, within one year and thirty days from the date of issue.
(4) Refundable Amount
1. Tickets

(5) Refund Charge
JPY1,000(or its equivalent in the currency of refund) will normally be collected per a Ticket or per an MCO issued to a Passenger. However, if a Ticket or MCO contains fare restrictions that limit the refundable value and/or require a higher fee and/or penalty, this amount will be assessed.
3. Loss of Tickets or MCO
  
(1) For Customers who wish to Continue Travel
ANA may issue a replacement ticket pursuant to the following provided ANA receives satisfactory proof that a valid ANA ticket for the relevant flight was duly issued, you agree not to refund the lost ticket, and you sign the designated "Consent and Indemnity Agreement" form in connection with issue of such replacement ticket. When a new Ticket is purchased in place of a lost ticket due to insufficient information of a valid ANA Ticket, please refer to the following (2).

a) Ticket for which Replacement Ticket may be Issued
Lost Ticket issued at ANA (lost ticket number starts with 205)
* For lost tickets issued at other carriers, please contact the issuing carrier.
b) Where to Apply for Replacement Ticket
ANA international city ticketing counter; or
ANA international airport ticketing counter
* Replacement Ticket is not available at Ho Chi Minh International Airport and Taipei International Airport. Please purchase a new ticket at the airline ticketing counter and apply for lost refund. For details of lost refund application, please see following (2).
c) Replacement Ticket Issuing Service Charge
JPY10,000(or its equivalent in the currency of refund)
(2) For Customers who wish to Cancel Travel; or
who Purchased a New Ticket to Continue Travel; or
who lost an MCO

ANA will accept refund application for the lost Ticket or the lost MCO pursuant to the following.
a) Lost Tickets or MCO Accepted for Lost Refund
