ANA SKY WEB ENGLISH - ANA Deutsche Bahn Connection

In cooperation with the German Railway Corporation (Deutsch Bahn AG, or DB), ANA is pleased to offer a new service that lets you book train tickets connecting Frankfurt to Cologne, Dusseldorf and Stuttgart together with your airline ticket.

The ANA Deutsche Bahn connection service will be suspended from March 28th, 2010. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding.
The ANA Shuttle service between Frankfurt & Dusseldorf will be operating at regular intervals. We look forward to your enquiry.

Applicable Routes

-	Frankfurt Flughafen Fernbahnhof (Frankfurt Airport St.) - Koln Hauptbahnhof (Cologne Central Station)
-	Frankfurt Flughafen Fernbahnhof (Frankfurt Airport St.) - Duesseldorf Hauptbahnhof (Duesseldorf Central St.)
-	Frankfurt Flughafen Fernbahnhof (Frankfurt Airport St.) - Stuttgart Hauptbahnhof (Stuttgart Central St.)

Usage condition

Eligible Passengers	Japan-Frankfurt Route ANA Flights (NH209 & NH210) -- First Class, Club ANA, and Economy Class passengers (Normal Fare/IATA PEX/Biz-wari/Biz-wari14/Super Biz-wari28/Eco-wari Premium/Eco-wari Premium Light/Eco-wari Standard/Eco-wari 14/Super Eco-wari passengers apply). *Round the World Travel fare tickets do not apply.
Usage policy	Please check for rules, as each fare has its own regulations. Stopovers in Frankfurt are not allowed.

*	Check the DB Fly & Rail Connection Pass for other similar routes and fares.

How to apply

The train ticket shows the ANA flight number (e.g. NH5651), very similar to a codeshare flight with a partner airline. Reservations and purchases can be made through ANA SKY WEB, ANA International Reservation and Information Center, and individual travel agencies. Please be aware that e-ticket is not available when DB　is included in your itinerary. Please select other ticket receiving method in such case.
When purchasing through ANA SKY WEB, you will be prompted for your DB train itinerary. Passengers already booked on Japan-Europe routes can purchase the DB train ticket by phone.
The DB train ticket cannot be purchased separately; it must be purchased with your plane ticket.

Boarding Guide	Board your scheduled train by checking your Deutsch Bahn (German Rail) train number and arrival / departure on display at the train station.	ANA operated international flights are not offered.
Confirmation of flight number	ANA flight number is not display at the train station.Board your scheduled train by checking your Deutsch Bahn (German Rail) train number(please check ANA SKY WEB or contact ANA International Reservation and Information Center before departure).
Lounge availability	First class customers may use Deutshe Bahn. (exclusive Dusseldorf)
Flight attendants	-
In-flight services	Conform to the Deutshe Bundesbahn service guidelines.
Mileage	Miles will be added to your AMC account (200 miles per section).
Premium Point	Premium Point is not applicable.
Attention in usage	There are no reserved seats on the train. (free seating) Checked baggage service not available. Please board the train with all your belongings. *The ANA International Conditions of Carriage shall apply for the ANA Deutche Bahn connection. However Article 5, 7 and 9 shall not apply.
