Important notice for using ANA SKY WEB reservation and ticket purchasing service

This reservation/ticketing service is provided for customers living in Japan (those who have an address to contact in Japan). |

Applicable itineraries
|
Itineraries with the first international flight departing from Japan. (Not applicable for those which the first international departing point is outside Japan.) |

Applicable fares
|
Fares that can be reserved and purchased are Normal fares/Biz-wari/Eco-wari. (Some exceptions exist.)
Fuel surcharge, insurance surcharge, airport fees or taxes may apply additionally.
Other than stated in this site, airport facility charges and/or taxes might be levied at the airport. |

Time limit for reseravation and purchase
|
Reservation and purchase can be made 355 days prior to the departure date until 23:59 of one day before departure.
The time limit for reservations and purchases varies by fare / means of payment / ticket delivery. Reservation and purchase of the fares with the time limitation should be made until 23:59 on the final day of the deadline. |

Number of seats and itineraries

Up to maximum of 9 seats(Economy), 6 seats(Business), 4 seats(First) |
|
Maximum of 8 segments are bookable. |
|
Flights departing from and arriving in Japan should be with ANA flight numbers. ANA domestic flights and other airilnes can be selected as connecting flights. (Reservation and purchase of other airlines through ANA SKY WEB can be made if they are part of Eco-wari and Biz-wari fares. As for normal fares, those connecting to ANA flights within 24 hours are only acceptable.
Also please be aware that there is a limitation to the airlines which can be booked and purchased through ANA SKY WEB.

Traveling with children and/or infants
|
One adult may accompany one infant occupying no seat.
Following cases are not eligible to handle on ANA SKY WEB. Please contact International Flight Reservation and Information Center for your help.

If you make a reservation after 14 days prior to departure from Japan, the purchasing limit will be 12 hours at the maximum after you have completed the reservation or if there are any restrictions which brought the time limit forward, it will change depending on how to receive your ticket, the faster one will be effective. |

Payment and ticketing must be completed within 7 days after making reservation or untill 28 days prior to departure from Japan, whichever is earlier. |

You can be put on the waiting list if the flights you have selected, which are not confirmed, are ANA domestic flights, code share flights and/or flights other than ANA group.
The waiting list will be held for 72 hours at the maximum or until 14 days prior to the departure from Japan, whichever is earlier.
When all of your flights have been confirmed by the time limit, please purchase the tickets either within 72 hours after your booking confirmation or no later than 23:59 (JST), 14 days prior to the departure from Japan, whichever comes first. Failing to confirm your bookings within 72 hours after ANA's e-mail notification will result in cancelling the whole itinerary automatically. |

Your reservation can be put on the waiting list only for fare type A.

The time limit for you to keep the reservation will be 14 days prior to departure from Japan. |

Your reservation on the waitlisting will be held for 72 hours at the maximum or until 14 days prior to the departure from Japan, whichever is earlier. |
When all of your flights have been confirmed by the time limit, please purchase the tickets either within 72 hours after your booking confirmation or no later than 23:59 (JST), 14 days prior to the departure from Japan, whichever comes first. Failing to confirm your bookings within 72(Only for fare typeA:within 7days) hours after ANA's e-mail notification will result in cancelling the whole itinerary automatically.

If the fare type you have selected is B or C for the round trip, your reservation can not be put on the waiting list except in cases below;

Flight schedule/aircraft type are subject to change. Flights you request may be cancelled due to unavoidable reasons.
Reservations for flight operated by other carrier are permitted on ANA SKY WEB but will follow the rules of the operating carrier. |

In case other airline has their own ticket purchasing time limit, or customers having a duplicate reservations, and/or name change after making the reservation is restricted, there might be a case that your reservation will be cancelled. |
