Special Ticket Policies pursuant to delay in flight commencement of the new Boeing 777-300ER aircraft
In view of delay in flight commencement of the new Boeing 777-300ER aircraft, ANA has put in place special cancellation policies for customers holding ANA international tickets.
1.Application
(1)Passengers holding following ANA tickets including individual discount and promotional fares such as "Eco-wari" fares, or normal fares, and ANA Mileage Award Tickets

2.Cancellation and Refund
For international tickets that meet the conditions stated in above "1.Application", cancellation charges and refund charges will be waived irrespective of fare rules.
*ANA SKY WEB cannot waive cancellation charges and refund charges. Please contact appropriate number stated in "3. Inquiries".
*If you have purchased your tickets at a travel agency, please contact your travel agent.
*For Inclusive Tour (IT) Tickets, please contact the travel agency at which you purchased your ticket.
