Reservations/ Ticket Purchases	[When making reservations and purchase through the WEB/ Online Booking] 1) Reservations and purchases must be completed in ANA SKY WEB. 2) Reservation for all segments must be confirmed before payment and ticketing. 3) Once reservation is confirmed, payment and ticketing must be completed under the following conditions, whichever is earlier. - 24 hours after the reservation is confirmed. (When reservation is confirmed within 14 days before departure, payment and ticketing must be completed within 12 hours) - By 23:59 (Indonesian time) one day before departure. - 6 hours prior to the scheduled departure time of the first flight. (Payment and Ticketing on the departure day is not permitted.) 4) Reservations including confirmed and waiting list segments will be automatically cancelled after the waiting/ticketing time limit. Reservation Changes	Permitted. Reroutings is permitted only on inbound sectors. Changes between stopover and non-stopover are permitted. No refund for changes from stopover to non-stopover. Fare, taxes and other charges must be adjusted if the change results in a difference.

International flights between Indonesia and Hong Kong: Valid on PT.Garuda Indonesia and China Airlines flights only. Domestic flights within Japan: Valid on ANA flights only. Premium Class is not permitted.
Refunds	[Before departure] USD 50 will be charged for cancel/no-show/refund. [After departure] (Round Trip) USD50 will be charged as cancellation fee for refund. Refund due is the full amount of the fare paid less the applicable one-way Published Carrier Fare for travel flown. There may be no refund value. (One way) No refund value
