Travel Assistance for Disabled Customers
Customers with Visual Disabilities

Please feel free to inform us if you require any assistance.

 

Reservations

When you make a reservation, please inform us what type of assistance you require.

Please let us know if you have any seat preference.

Please note, however, that customers with disabilities cannot take the seats near emergency exits for security reasons.

Escort

ANA cabin crews are not able to provide assistance with dining and using a lavatory. If you require such assistance, it is recommended to travel with an escort. Customers who may use a stretcher and an incubator should also be accompanied by an escort. Please make an inquiry with us for any questions.

You can travel with a service dog.

Boarding

Please come to the airport well in advance.

We strongly recommend that passengers with visual disabilities come to the airport well in advance of departure time.

At the check-in counter please inform us of any special needs you require.

On Board

Please inform cabin attendants of any special needs you may require.

Safety instructions in Braille are available on all aircrafts.

Cabin attendants can provide information about facilities near your seat, emergency exits and inside the lavatories.

Arrival

Customers who requested special assistance when deplaning, please remain seated until the staff arrived to escort them off the plane.
