Travel Assistance for Disabled Customers

Reservations

When you make a reservation, please inform us what type of assistance you require.

Please visit our website (domestic / international) or use our fax service to make reservations and inquire about flights.

Telecommunication Relay Service

We offer relay service via e-mail, fax, and chat. Please check the following link for further information.

  • Reservation is accepted from 9:30 on the day of 2 months prior to the departure.
  • There is no specific format for application.
  • We will reply to you on the day we receive your application or within the next day sometime between 9:00 to 17:00.

Please let us know if you have any seat preference. Please note, however, that customers with disabilities cannot take the seats near emergency exits for security reasons.

Writing pads / communication board for smooth communication with the staff is available at the check-in counters for domestic flights.

Writing pads are available.

A part of the in-flight video programs are presented with subtitles.

Cabin attendants wearing a sign language badge will assist you during the flight.
