When you make a reservation, please inform us what type of assistance you require.

Application deadline; 48 hrs before departure for domestic flights, 96 hrs for international flights

Reservation for a stretcher must be made at least 48 hours prior to departure for domestic flights and 96 hours for international flights. Once we accept your request with desired flight date and number, we first ascertain the seat availability and other factors. We will then contact you as soon as possible.

Escort

You must be escorted by a physician, nurse, or a doctor-approved person.

A medical certificate is required.

It needs to be certified that the passenger is fit to travel by air using a stretcher.

Please make an arrangement of ambulance and stretcher taxis by yourself.

An extra fee besides the fare applies to a stretcher.

Boarding

Please come to the check-in counter no later than 60 minutes before the departure for domestic flights, and 120 minutes for international flights.

• Stretchers are not available on domestic code-share flights.
• On international code-share flights, please make an inquiry with the code-share partner.
