Quarantine Procedures relating to H1N1 Influenza

Health authorities worldwide are conducting quarantine inspections at airports to contain the spread of H1N1 influenza, and in some cases inspections are also being conducted aboard aircraft upon arrival, prior to disembarkation.

Please be advised that if this happens, additional time may be required before you are permitted to leave the aircraft. In such cases, we ask for your understanding and cooperation as we comply with the authorities and prevailing regulations.

Please also note that due to heightened quarantine procedures in China and Vietnam, arriving passengers showing flu-like symptoms, such as fever, may be temporarily detained. We therefore urge you to ensure that you are fully fit to travel before commencing your journey.
