1.  Application
   Passengers holding following ANA tickets including individual discount and promotional fares such as "Eco-wari" fares, or normal fares, and ANA Mileage Award Tickets

2. Cancellation and Refund
   For applicable passengers on the "1. Application", cancellation charges or refund charges will be waived irrespective of the fare rules. (except for the cancellation and refund without cancellation charge made through ANA SKY WEB)
   
   
3. Travel Date Change
   For applicable passengers on the "1. Application" who have commenced travel, for ANA flights only, change fees will be waived irrespective of the fare rules for a one time date change to flights on/before June 30th, 2009 only For ANA Mileage Award Tickets, change fees for partner award will be waived.
