Restriction of services due to the Earthquake in Northern Coast of Japan

Part of our in-flight service and the airport service are restricted due to the major Earthquake which struck Japan on the 11th of March.


1. In-flight service

In-flight meal and beverage services are restricted on some of our domestic flights as well as our international flights.


2. Lounge services

The lighting and some other services in the lounge is restricted due to given order from our government to save electric power.


3. Baggage delivery service within Japan

ANA baggage delivery services are currently not available in some local areas in Japan.
