Special Ticket policies due to the amendment of the Boeing 787 international flight plans

Due to the amendment of the Boeing 787 international flight plans, ANA has places a special charges/fees waiver policies for customers holding ANA international tickets as describe below.

For customers with ANA domestic tickets, please contact ANA Domestic Reservation and Information center.

*Please note that ANA SKY WEB (website) is not capable of waiving below mentioned changes. We kindly ask you to contact our ANA international Reservations stated in "4. Inquiries".

*If you have purchased your tickets through travel agencies, please kindly contact your travel agencies.

1. Applicable Tickets

ANA International Tickets purchased on/before December 15th, 2011 with confirmed reservation of flights between Haneda and Frankfurt (NH203/NH204) on even numbered day on/before February 29th, 2012, including individual discount and promotional fares such as "Eco-wari" fares, normal fares, or ANA Mileage Award Tickets.

2. Cancel of travel

When a customer request to cancel the travel with the postponement of new aircraft B787-8, cancellation charges or refund charges will be waived irrespective of the fare rules.

3. Change of travel

When a customer request to change the travel (ex. change to the date of B787-8 operation), one time change may be accepted without charges irrespective of the fare rules.
