【Notice】 Regarding the aircraft flown as NH956 on June 20th, 2012.

On June 20th, 2012, flight NH956 from Beijing to Narita experienced a hard landing at Narita airport, resulting in damage to the aircraft. We would first like to express once again our deepest apologies to all of our customers, in particular the passengers who were on board this flight.

Subsequently, the aircraft involved (a Boeing 767-300, registration number JA610A) underwent thorough requisite repair and maintenance. This work completed, and the aircraft is scheduled to rejoin our active fleet from December 26th, 2012, initially on the Narita – Shanghai route. It will subsequently be utilized mainly on international flights between Japan and Asia.

ANA is fully committed to ensuring the safety of our flights, and to avoiding any such future accidents.
