* International Upgrade awards can be used on ANA/Air Japan flight numbers flights.

Only flights operated by ANA group are eligible. Code-share flights operated by partner airline are not eligible.

Notice

* Any Upgrade which has already been reserved with normal mileage is not eligible for this campaign. If change, he/she will have to cancel the reservation once and then make the new upgrade award reservation via ANA SKY WEB within the reservation period. He/She will also do the same procedure when his/her waiting reservation had already completed before the reservation term.

* Discount Upgrade Awards that has been booked once are valid only for the reserved flights. After a reservation is confirmed, any changes to passenger name, flight number, data, sector, or making open segments are not permitted.

* Please note that there are may be seasonal operations or cancellations for some flights. (There may be cancellations even if flights are listed on the award itinerary for each chart.)

* "User Registration (*1) (maximum of 10 people) is required when someone other than the member uses an award. Please register at the member's exclusive function area on ANA SKY WEB or ANA SKY MOBILE (mobile phone site), or request the "Award User Registration Format" from the ANA Mileage Club Service Center. You may then be required to submit documentation certifying your relationship to the member.

* Upgrade awards cannot be used together with flight awards.

* Mileage accrual and ANA Premium Points will be accumulated based on the purchased ticket when using Upgrade Awards.

* Direct check-in for upgraded flights is not always allowed due to various reasons to include airport of depature, airline boarding issues, or other system reasons if using ANA flights and connecting from another airline. In such cases, you are required to check-in again at the airport while in transit.

* Miles redeemed for Upgrade Awards cannot be refunded to the account except for miles which are eligible for "refund service as unused awards."

* Upgrades to Business Class for Narita - Mumbai flights are limited to the operating flights which have Economy Class only.

* Please refer to detailed rules and reminders regarding upgrade award here. Please note that the conditions that apply to air tickets reserved and issued using mileage discount differ from regular conditions in some points. In such cases, the conditions listed above take priority.

The normal required mileage for awards will be deducted from the account when the seat is confirmed by 25th.June.2009 14:00. But the balance between the normal required mileage and the campaign’s one will be refunded later (in about 1 week), if he/she booked the campaign through ANA SKY WEB.
