ANA will offer DOUBLE MILEAGE
to members who complete campaign registration, board US
Airways-operated flights and accumulate miles into their ANA Mileage
Club account.

AMC members who complete campaign registration, board US Airways-operated flights and accumulate miles into their AMC account.

Eligible Fares
All US Airways fares that are eligible for mile accumulation. |

Notice
* In order to receive double mileage, retroactive registration MUST BE COMPLETED by Thursday, December 31, 2009.
* Miles are accumulated between 3 to 4 days of boarding date.
* Flight miles earned by boarding US Airways-operated flights must be accumulated into ANA Mileage Club accounts.
* Premium Points cannot be earned through bonus miles offered through this campaign.
* AMC members who accumulate flight miles into US Airways Dividend Miles accounts are ineligible to particpate in this campaign.
