"CLICK check-in is a service which enables passengers to complete check-in procedures online for ANA international flights, other eligible connecting flights with partner airlines, and ANA domestic flights. It is possible to select seat assignments, print out boarding passes, and cancel check-in procedures (if necessary). |
When can I start utilizing check-in? |

Check-in services will be available from 24 hours before the flight and up to 75 minutes before the scheduled departure time. |
Can anyone utilize check-in? |

Any passengers holding ANA international reservations that are e-ticketed can utilize this service.
However, this service is not available to the following passengers:

Is check-in possible for accompanying passengers? |

Furthermore, it is possible to proceed for up to 9 people at once (in the situation procedure is to be taken via mobile phone, procedure is one person at a time). |
Are there flights that cannot utilize this service? |

Is it possible to check-in for other airline's connecting flights? |

Through check-in with this service is possible when the following conditions are all met: the first flight sector is an ANA operated flight, in addition to a same day connection for the flight operated by another airline. However, through check-in cannot be completed for the following cases: - When domestic flights and international flights are booked separately - When there are two domestic flight sectors, CLICK check-in cannot be completed for the first flight sector. Yes, Internet check-in is available. However, please be advised you will be required to drop off your checked baggage at the Baggage Drop-off counter on the day of departure. |
I am not an ANA Mileage Club member. Can I still check-in with this service? |

Yes, this service is available, even for non-ANA Mileage Club members. You can proceed check in with the ANA Reservation Number (Record Locator) and passenger's last name. For passengers who have reserved through a travel agency: your ticket number and last name will be required. |
Can I change seats, even after completing check-in? |

Yes, it is possible to change seats. If you do change seats, please be sure to print out a new boarding pass, or request the Mobile Boarding Pass e-mail to be mailed to your designated e-mail address. |
Can I cancel check-in upon completion of Internet check-in? |

Yes, it is also possible to cancel check-in. You can do this through ANA SKY WEB / ANA SKY MOBILE. |

After completing CLICK check-in, how should I obtain my boarding pass? |

Once you have completed CLICK check-in, please print out the boarding pass (from Internet check-in) from your printer (at home, work, etc.), or check to make sure you received your Mobile Boarding Pass via e-mail. (For Boarding Pass(es) from Internet check-in must be printed out for each flight, for each passenger) By having a Boarding Pass(es) from Internet check-in or Mobile Boarding Pass(es), you can drastically save time at the airport, and allows for a much smoother and more comfortable journey.

What is Mobile Boarding Pass? |

It is an electronic boarding pass which allows you to utilize the 2D (two-dimensional) barcode sent to your mobile e-mail address as your boarding pass. You'll be able to obtain this 2D barcode from the link provided within the email, which will be sent to your selected mobile e-mail address. |
Can these boarding passes obtained from Internet check-in and Mobile Boarding Pass be used at all airports? |

For airport requirements and safety reasons, it will not be possible to proceed directly to the boarding gate for the following airports. Please pick up your boarding pass at the Baggage Drop-off counter or International Self Check-in machine. For details, click here. |
What steps do I need to take at the airport if I have completed CLICK check-in? |

If you have your boarding pass (from Internet check-in) or Mobile Boarding Pass, and do not have any baggage to check in, all you need to do is proceed directly to the Security Checkpoint. If you do have baggage to check in, please present your CLICK check-in boarding pass (or the itinerary receipt e-mail. ) and valid passport at the departure airport Baggage Drop-off counter. Please be sure to arrive to the counter by at least 60 minutes prior to the close of check in procedures (40 minutes prior for Haneda airport). Passengers who arrive later may not be able to board. *For Japan domestic flights, please drop-off your checked baggage and proceed through the Security Checkpoint at least 15 minutes prior to departure time. Can I apply for an upgrade after completing procedures for CLICK check-in? |

Yes, it is possible. If you would like to request an upgrade after completion of CLICK check-in, it is necessary to request an upgrade again, and re-check in with the upgraded class of service. However, if your upgrade request turns out to be on a waitlist and also want to check-in via CLICK check-in, if upper class is available, check-in will be completed in the upgraded class with CLICK check-in. If not available, check-in on the original class will be arranged. Seats may become available on the day of departure, please confirm with staff members at the airport counter. Furthermore, upgrade requests are accepted for each flight until 23:59 (11:59PM) of the day before the flight. |
I've actually applied for Airport Support services, but can I still proceed with CLICK check-in? |

Besides an infant under 2 years of age not occupying a seat, passengers traveling with infants, a child traveling alone, and expectant mothers within 28 days of confinement, CLICK check-in service is available.
