Airport Service
Baby strollers are available for passengers with infants (both types A and B are available).
Strollers can be used as far as the boarding gate.

You will not be able to take your baby stroller into the cabin for international flights.

If you wish to use baby stroller, please let us know when you check in.

Please note that the number of stroller are limited. We cannot confirm in advance.

You can check your stroller in at the counter as checked baggage. Please check in with all accessories removed from your stroller.

Rental baby strollers are not available at some airports.
Inflight Security Service
1) Bassinets
Bassinets are provided on all international aircraft. Please book the bassinet when you make your reservation.

Please note that the bassinet seat position and number are limited.
You will be able to find a lavatory which is equipped with a tabletop for changing diapers.
2) Child seats
You may use your own child seat which is certified in Japan (MLIT), U.S. (FMVSS) or Europe (ECE R44).
Please reserve a seat in advance and purchase a child fare ticket. The following child seats may used on board the aircraft.

Child seats other than the above will be accepted as checked baggage.
Even when your child seat complies with government standards, please note child seats that require more than two-point seat belt attachments are not acceptable. Also, the following child seats are restricted.

5) Powdered milk
Powdered milk is available on board. However, we recommend that you bring your own since there are limits in quantities and types. Our cabin crew will be happy to prepare it for you.

Paper diapers (M size and L size) are available on board. However, as there are limits in quantities and types, we recommend that you have an adequate supply of diapers for your trip.
7) Toys
To help keeping children amused and entertained onboard we will offers toys.
