Reservation for assistance and other services

- For assistance to passengers who may need guidance within the airport, please contact ANA Reservation and Information Center. - Every airport station has wheelchairs available. Our reservation and information center can help you with information and ordering a wheelchair for customers who require them. - We can offer special meals to meet medical, religious or other customer's needs. Please contact ANA Reservation and Information Center. - This service is available only on ANA operating flights. For code-sharing flights, please inquire at the respective airlines.

Airport and inflight services

We provide various types of assistance including guide to/from the aircraft at overseas connecting airport and help you pick-up your luggage. *Individual service can not be guaranteed.

Wheelchairs are available at all airports. Reclining wheelchairs and narrow aisle wheelchairs to reach seat in the airplane are available at some airports. Our aircrafts are equipped with a cabin wheelchair for your convenience on board. Please do not hesitate to ask the cabin crew.

- Since cabin storage space is limited, you will be asked to check your own wheelchair at the counter. If you use ANA's wheelchair service, we will provide an attendant to assist you in moving to your seat. Please let us know if you would like to use your own wheelchair to/from the aircraft. - For flight to/from the US, a typical adult-sized folding, collapsible, or break down manual passenger wheelchair may be carried and stowed in the cabin.(On limited aircrafts and conditions) For details, please contact airport staff upon check-in. - If you use an electric wheelchair, please let us know the size, weight and type of battery when you book your flight. And please check-in 120 minutes prior to your departure.
