To be eligible, the member must reserve and be issued ANA International Flight Awards via ANA SKY WEB or ANA SKY MOBILE (mobile phone site) for all sectors of their itinerary using Economy Class on eligible routes, and board their flight during the eligible boarding period.

* "ANA Card" is the ANA Mileage Club Card with Credit Function.

Please apply through the Member's Exclusive Function page during the eligible reservation period after logging-in to ANA SKY WEB or ANA SKY MOBILE (mobile phone site).
Reservations made via methods other than ANA SKY WEB or ANA SKY MOBILE (mobile phone site), such as by telephone, are not eligible for the Mileage Discount Campaign.

* Flights for the entire itinerary that are boarded on eligible dates, using eligible routes, for an eligible cabin class are eligible for the Discount Mile Campaign. The Discount Mile Campaign is not available when using an ineligible cabin class.

* Tickets issued via ANA SKY WEB or ANA SKY MOBILE (mobile phone site) for reservations made earlier by telephone are not eligible for mileage discount.

* Only itineraries using the same region and the same cabin class on international flights are eligible for the Discount Mile Campaign. Itineraries that include an ineligible cabin class and/or international connections (overseas ⇔ overseas) are not eligible for the Discount Mile Campaign.

* You may make reservations for up to 4 persons at a time.

* Tickets will be issued after completing the reservation for all sectors.

* Waitlisted reservations are accepted up to 14 days prior to travel, for trips eligible for mileage discount. However, please be aware that waitlist reservations are automatically canceled if the itinerary cannot be confirmed within that period.

* The departure location and the final destination on the itinerary may differ, but they must be in the same country.

* Air tickets for mileage discount travel are issued as e-tickets.

* The expiration for air tickets applied to a mileage discount is within the eligible boarding period.

* There are a limited number of seats available for award tickets.

Changes and Cancellations

* You may change your reservation only during the reservation period, and alterations to your reservation must remain within the campaign travel period, and use eligible routes, flights and cabin classes.
Please make arrangements via ANA SKY WEB or ANA SKY MOBILE (mobile phone site). If changes involve non-campaign period travel, or use non-eligible routes, flights and cabin classes, your reservation will be refunded with the standard handling fee deduction of 3,000 miles. You will then make a fresh reservation based on regular mileage requirements.

* Refunds will be available for a fixed refund fee (3,000 miles) and miles that have been used for flight awards will be returned to the mileage account only when all sectors are unused for flight awards that have been issued.

* You may not change the travel leg, the person(s) traveling, or the cabin class.

* Award reservations already ticketed may be refunded only if all legs are unused. Refunded miles will be credited to your mileage account with the standard handling fee deduction of 3,000 miles.

* No changes can be made to reservations for international flights in the first sector via ANA SKY WEB or ANA SKY MOBILE (mobile phone site).

* Miles cannot be refunded that are expired at the time of refund processing.

* No refunds can be made if the amount of miles to be refunded is less than the refund fee.

* Changes to reservation through ANA SKY WEB or ANA SKY MOBILE (mobile phone site) are accepted up to 4 days before departure (excluding the departure day) for the first sector of International flights.

* Please contact the AMC Service Center or Overseas AMC Service Center, if Reservation can not be changed through ANA SKY WEB and ANA SKY Mobile.

Other Points

* Please note that award tickets (including open tickets) already issued using regular mileage are not eligible for mileage discount.

* Taxes, charges, airport user charges, fuel surcharges, and any other extra charges associated with obtaining and using award air tickets are to be paid by the award user.

* Please refer to detailed rules and reminders regarding award tickets here. Please note that the conditions that apply to air tickets reserved and issued using mileage discount differ from regular conditions in some points. In such cases, the conditions listed above take priority.

* Please note that ANA CARDs which are issued in USA, China (including Hong Kong) are not eligible for ANA Card mileage discount. (They are eligible for ANA Mileage Club card discount).

Connecting from a Japan domestic flight

When connecting from a domestic Japan flight to an international flight, discounts are given on the required number of miles calculated from the distance of the entire itinerary, including connections.

Up to 2 segments for Japan Domestic connections can be booked and remote island connection (4 segments) can not be booked.
