Application & ticketing period
[Application Period]
You can apply from 9:00 a.m. (Japan time) of 355 days before your boarding day (not including the date of departure) until 96 hours before departure.
However, the reservation start date differs by airline. Reservations are taken after the start of the application for the entire itinerary.
Summer schedule From the last Sunday of March to the day before the last Sunday of October
Winter schedule From the last Sunday of October to the day before the last Sunday of March
[Ticketing Period]
Tickets will be issued as soon as we are able to reserve all sectors of the itinerary for which you are using the flight awards. However, in the cases where there is a time limit for issuing tickets, the tickets must be issued within that time period. If the tickets are not issued within that time period, the reservation will automatically be cancelled.
Ticket Service Charge

Ticket Service Charge will apply for new Partner Flight Awards issued through the ANA Mileage Club Service Center. The Ticket Service Charge for the Japan region is 2,160 yen (including tax). Please refer to the table below for other regions.
However, no charges apply when customers issue flight tickets via the Internet (ANA SKY WEB [website].
Note that there is no service charge for apply using ANA SKY WEB.

  • No ticketing service charge for infant (under 2 years old) not occupying a seat.
  • No ticketing service charge for Itineraries or airlines that cannot be applied on ANA Website.
  • *1 This is applicable from July 1, 2016.
  • *2 If the ticket is issued by phone at contact center, EUR15 will apply.
Waitlisting is not possible for partner flight awards (including for ANA flights). Passengers must have reserved flight awards for all sectors of their itinerary.
Issuing Open Tickets
Open tickets cannot be issued for partner flight awards.
Changes after ticketing

Able to change boarding date or flight within ticket validity.

Limit of application: Up to 96 hours prior to the departure.

  • * Changes on ANA SKY WEB is available up to 96 hours prior to the departure of the first flight of itinerary, and ticket is fully unused.
  • * The name of the passenger, and the name of the individual supplying the miles cannot be changed.
  • * The airline, passenger, sector, and route cannot be changed.
    In certain cases where both ANA and Air Japan operate flights over the same sector, passengers may switch between the 2 airlines.
  • * Reservations cannot be made for departure dates more than 355 days in advance.
  • * Reserved partner flight awards cannot be changed to ANA international flight awards.
  • * When changing a fully unused ticket regardless of the sector that will be changed, additional payments based on applicable mile, fuel surcharge, and various taxes in date of change may be required to cover the difference. (Even if you have a reservation booked before April 11, 2015 and request change of any sector on/after April 11, 2015 additional payment may be required according to new rule, fuel surcharge and tax.)

You may not change your flights on ANA SKY WEB in cases of listed below. Please call the ANA Mileage Club Service Center.

  • ・ Itinerary with more than 2 stopovers
  • ・ When there are unoccupied seats in a class lower than the reserved class, and you wish to switch over to the lower class.
    (However, in such cases, the mileage difference between the higher and lower class will not be refunded.)
  • ・ When seats are available in routes for which tickets were issued using mileage for a class higher than the reserved class.
  • Itineraries or airlines that cannot be applied on ANA Website.
  • * Change at call center have to be completed 96 hours prior to the reserved flights and new departure. If you did not change by this limit, you will not be able to change anymore. There is no fee for changes.

How to receive Awards

Please receive the e-Ticket & passenger receipt via e-mail, post or from an ANA branch. To prevent tickets being sent to the wrong e-mail or postal address, the e-passenger receipt can only be sent to the e-mail address or postal address registered by the member.

  • * You cannot receive it at airport.

Using e-Tickets

"Award User Registration" is required for those other than the member to use the Awards. Please register award users through the "members-only functions"area.

* You may be asked to provide documentation proving your family relationship with the member.
