The following is ANA's operating flight's standard. As for other airline operating flights(including codeshare flights), the operating carrier's standard may apply. Please contact to the operating carrier for details.
Other than personal belongings(handbags, cameras, umbrellas, etc.), a passenger can carry only one piece of baggage which fits underneath the seat in front of you, or in the overhead baggage compartment and satisfies the following conditions into the aircraft cabin. The total weight of above must not exceed 10kg.(22lbs)

When you use an international ticket for domestic sector, carry-on baggage allowance is under same rule as international sector. However there may be more limits based on available space and additional restrictions on small aircrafts (under 100 seats).

Smoking and use of flammable is strictly prohibited in all seats including lavatories, as these constitute dangerous fire-hazards. The triggering of smoke detectors is a serious matter leading to emergency landing at the nearest airport.
For the benefit of other passengers, use of smokeless tobacco products and smoke substitutes ( electronic cigarettes, etc.) that do not emit fire is also prohibited on board.
