San Francisco International Airport Airport Guide
Airport Summary
The San Francisco International Airport is located about 22km south of downtown San Francisco and it has a history going back to 1927, the year when Charles Lindbergh succeeded in the first air crossing of the Atlantic Ocean. The terminal, in a form that surrounds the central parking garage, consists of the International Terminal (A, G), Terminal 1 (B, C), Terminal 2 (D) and Terminal 3 (E, F). The ceiling of the International Terminal and departure lobby displays especially unique ingenuity as if gazing up at the bottom of a ship.
