Notice for the customers with tickets issued before 16 Jan. and departing on/after 1 Apr. 2011
In January 2011, ANA is implementing changes to the booking class of ANA international flights which depart after April 1st, 2011. Due to this change, customers who purchased their tickets before 16 Jan. 2011 and the itinerary commencing on or after 1 Apr. 2011 are required to have new e-ticket issued.
We are re-issuing the e-tickets for those customers who purchased the ticket on ANA SKY WEB or from ANA offices. The new e-tickets will be automatically sent to the e mail address registered at the time of purchase. (There is no need for the customers to contact ANA.)
Please make sure you check in using the revised e-ticket.
Please contact your travel agent if you have purchased the applicable tickets from the travel agent.
Please also note that cancellation/refund, even if it is before the departure date, cannot be made through ANA SKY WEB for these tickets.
