Diamond Service Desk
Please take advantage of the members-only Diamond Service Desk when you reserve an
ANA Group flight.

Priority waitlisting when making reservations

The Diamond Service Desk will give members priority on the waiting list if a preferred ANA Group flight is full.


* We'll take care of this at the Diamond Service Desk or over the Internet (after logging into the members-only functions).


If the preferred Star Alliance airline flight is full, we will put your name on the priority waiting list at the partner airline's reservation center.
Priority for Award tickets
We give you priority when reserving Award tickets (domestic and international Awards and international upgrade Awards). We also give you priority for reserving Award tickets that will be used by your flight companions.

<Advance reservation service for domestic Award tickets>
You can book tickets 2 weeks in advance of the normal reservation start (2 months before the date of the flight). (You will receive a response 2 months before the date of the flight.)Both the first and second segments may be booked within 2 months plus 14 days of the flight.

Reservations at the Diamond Service Desk.
(Not available over the Internet.)

* We begin accepting reservations at 10:30 a.m. on the first day.

* Only accepted at Diamond Service Desks in Japan.

We give you priority for
reservations and waitlisting for international Award tickets and international upgrade Awards.

* The member, the member's spouse, and family members within 2 generation from the member may use Award tickets.
* Seats available for Award reservations are limited. (May not be available on some flights.)
Advance reservations for domestic flights

The Diamond Service Desk accepts reservations for members and their traveling companions on ANA Group flights up to 2 months and 14 days before the flight date.

(Reservations must be set 2 months before the flight.)Once your reservation is made, check the details over the Internet or through the Diamond Service Desk. )


* Tabiwari fares are handled separately.
* We cannot provide this for reservations made over the Internet or by other non-telephone methods, reservations made through a travel agency, or any means other than the Diamond Service Desk.
* Only accepted at Diamond Service Desks in Japan.
* Both the first and second segments may be booked within 2 months plus 14 days of the flight.
Front-section seat selection service for ANA domestic flights

In order to ensure that domestic travel is comfortable and relaxing, members can take advantage of priority front-section seat selection when making reservations.

Application period: From the on sale date to the boarding date
How to take advantage of this: Just mention that you are a Diamond Service member when you make your reservation, and request a seat in the front section.
* We'll take care of this at the Diamond Service Desk, over the Internet (after logging to the members-only functions), at an ANA counter, or through your travel agency.
* Front-section seat selection and the number of seats are limited. (You may not be able to get a front-row seat.)This is not available on code share flights operated by our partner airlines. Please note that this may not be available, depending on the aircraft used.
* There is no priority seat selection service for Premium Class.
* Sky Mates Discount fare and inclusive Tour Fare and others are not eligible.
