	Using airport lounges		Lounges that you can use when taking an ANA Group flight

Diamond Service members on ANA Group flights who have cleared boarding procedures are entitled to relax until boarding time in the comfort of ANA's airport lounges. Members boarding Star Alliance flights will, as Star Alliance Gold members, have access to as many as 500 Star Alliance member airport lounges worldwide. Diamond Service members may be accompanied by one travel companion^* into these lounges.

*Eligible travel companions
Passengers entering the lounge at the same time as the member who are holding a ticket on a Star Alliance member airline flight that departs on the same day as the member's flight.
Passengers not flying on the same flight as the actual member, but who satisfy the conditions above, may use the lounge.

*	You may use lounges only before your departure.

*	Lounges are available only when flying on a flight operated by a Star Alliance member airline.

*	Arrival Lounge at Narita Airport Terminal 1 is available only when boarding ANA Group International flights.

Domestic flights

ANA Lounges at New Chitose, Haneda, Osaka Itami, Narita (domestic departure lounge).
Signets in Sendai, Komatsu, Kansai, Hiroshima, Matsuyama, Fukuoka, Kagoshima, and Okinawa airports.
The Centrair Airline Lounge in Nagoya (Chubu) Airport

Shared waiting areas, such as Lounge Aso at Kumamoto Airport and
Lounge Oyodo in Miyazaki Airport.

International flights

ANA-designated lounges

When used by the member and one travel companion: You can use it by showing your Diamond Service card.

You can use it with an ANA Airport Lounge Certificates.

When using the Lounge with 2 or more travel companions:
This service can be used with 2 upgrade points or 2,000miles per person per visit.

* No miles, upgrade points, or lounge certificates are needed for a child under the age of 3.

Please understand that we may ask you to use a different lounge due to overcrowding. Please understand that some airports have no lounge facilities.

We have begun offering foreign currency exchange services in the ANA Lounges at Narita Airport.

You can use the lounges when departing on ANA code share flights. Check with your airline during boarding procedures.

Using lounges on ANA Group domestic flights...

When 2 or more persons are traveling together, you may use domestic flight airport lounges for 2,000 miles or 2 upgrade points (per person per visit). A maximum of 5 persons including the member can use the Lounge.

*	Lounges are available in 3 locations at Narita Airport: the main terminal, the north pier, and the main terminal south. Please use the lounge closest to your boarding gate.

*	Please understand that lounges may not be available due to overcrowding or the time of day.

If you wish to take more than 2 companions into the lounge with you, the lounge personnel will deduct 2,000 miles from your mileage account for each additional guest after confirmation of mileage balance.

*	Miles belonging to anyone other than the member may not be used.
