ANA Global Assistance

Members may choose one of 5 Benefit Courses made up of the items to the right. These exceptional benefits are ideal for members and can be used at a variety of locations including at the airport, in-flight, and at hotels.

You will receive a gift of ANA upgrade points to put towards enjoying a relaxing flight according to the number of premium points.

Non-members may receive an ANA Airport Lounge certificate when they fly on an ANA Group flight.

*	Check the list of available lounges and how to use them on the inside cover of your ANA Airport Lounge certificate and on the back of each certificate. (Some airport lounges may not be available for use.))

*	A member and one travel companion may enter a lounge by presenting a Diamond Service card.

We will give you free coupons that you can use to purchase merchandise sold during in-flight shopping on ANA Group domestic or international flights

ANA Global Assistance is a 24-hour, year round support service that allows you to enjoy your travel all over the world. Through our partnership with White Concierge, we are pleased to provide you with personalized support for travel and emergency services.

Foreign exchange preferred rate service
When you exchange ¥30,000 or more at any Travelex foreign exchange bureaux within Japan, you will receive an exchange rate that is better than the advertised rate for that location.
