Members flying on an ANA Group international flight may use the FIRST CLASS or BUSINESS CLASS Check-In counters. Members flying on an ANA Group domestic flight may use the Premium Check-In counter (at certain airports). In addition, when flying as a Star Alliance Gold member on a Star Alliance member airline flight, you may use the priority check-in counters displaying the Star Alliance Gold sign.

How to take advantage of this:

Please present your Platinum Service User's Card to use this service.

*	FIRST CLASS and BUSINESS CLASS Check-In counters may be used when flying on an ANA Group international flight that offers the applicable class. Premium Check-In counters may be used when flying on an ANA Group domestic flight that offers Premium Class.

*	This service is only available to actual Platinum Service members. Travel companions are not eligible.

*	Please understand that these services may not be available at all airports or for all flights.

At Narita Airport, you may use the Star Alliance Gold counter or the BUSINESS CLASS check-in counter. However, please note that the Star Alliance Gold counter can only be used if you are flying on an ANA Group, Asiana Airlines or United Airlines flight. You may not use the FIRST CLASS check-in counter.

The checked baggage of a member flying on an ANA Group flight or a Star Alliance member airline flight as a Star Alliance Gold member will be issued a priority tag. These bags will be given priority unloading upon arrival. In addition, you are entitled to special checked baggage limits.

How to take advantage of this:

Free additional baggage allowance For US flights (including Guam) -> you can have the boarding class baggage allowance + 1 piece 32kg*1 For flights other than domestic or US (including Guam) flights -> you can have the boarding class baggage allowance + 20kg

*1	When flying ECONOMY CLASS, your baggage may need to be 23kg or less, depending on the Star Alliance member airline. However, you are permitted to carry on 32kg on ANA Group flights (all 3 dimensions must be 158cm or less).

*	This service is only available to actual Platinum Service members. Travel companions are not eligible.

*	If you transfer to an ANA flight from a non-Star Alliance flight, you will not be able to use this service if you checked your baggage when you completed boarding procedures for the other airline's flight.

Passengers on an ANA Group flight or a Star Alliance airline flight will be given priority if they are waitlisted at the airport on the day of their flight.

"PREMIUM ECONOMY" on ANA International flights is available to passengers traveling on normal Economy fares. Platinum Service Members can take advantage of PREMIUM ECONOMY on the day of departure at the airport, regardless of the type of fare paid (subject to seat availability). If you wish to utilize PREMIUM ECONOMY, please inform an ANA staff member.

*	This service is only available to actual Platinum Service members. Travel companions are not eligible.

*	Request of "PREMIUM ECONOMY" in cabin is not available. Please request to ANA staff upon check-in.

Use the special security checkpoint at New Chitose, Haneda, Itami, Fukuoka, and in Terminal 1 at Narita when boarding ANA Group flights. We will take you to your flight quickly, even when the airport is congested (excluding Narita Airport).

*1	At Haneda and Itami airports, special security check points are located next to the Premium Check-In counters. Travelers other than actual Platinum Service members are not eligible for this service. Click here for security check points at Haneda Airport.

*2	At Haneda Airport's Terminal 1, this service can be used by the actual member plus one travel companion. Click here for facility locations.

Star Alliance Gold Members can be the first to board the airplane directly after boarding information is given.

*	Please understand that you may not be able to use these services due to circumstances at certain airports or on certain flights.

Your reservation for Parking Lot No. 3 (P3) at Haneda Airport will be given priority. Passengers with reservations should enter the parking lot through the members-only entrance. We have provided a members-only area on the fourth level near the terminal.

Services that you can use at the airport when departing on a code share flight operated by a partner airline that is not a member of the Star Alliance.
