* In certain cases, it may not be possible to make an additional reservation (double reservation) for air ticket(s) in the same class as your upgrade award.

* Upgrade points may be used on the following flights:
[Domestic Routes]
When traveling on ANA flights or on code-share flights with ANA flight codes operated by other airlines.
[International Routes]
When traveling on flights operated by ANA Group airlines.
(Upgrade may not be used when traveling on a code share flights operated by other airlines, with ANA Flight codes; and codes-share flights operated by ANA, with another airline's flight code.)

* Use of Upgrade Points is limited to Primary Member and his/her spouse, as well as relatives of the principal in second degree, i.e. the member's brothers and sisters. Persons other than the member wishing to use Upgrade Points must be registered for eligibility in advance. Please register through ANA SKY WEB or contact ANA Mileage Club Service Center. (The pooling, combining and transferring of accrued upgrade point(s) among members is not permitted.).

* If you do not have enough points, upgrades and lounge access are not acceptable.

* There may be cases where only a limited number of seats are available on each flight for Upgrade.

* Mileage will be accumulated in accordance with the fare level actually paid.

* Amounts for the following air passenger charges may differ according to cabin class. Upgrades by Upgrade Points are also required to pay these duties. Please note that the difference in the amount of duty varies according to the boarding class for each ticket issued and will be collected at the airport.
United Kingdom Air Passenger Duty : Passengers who depart from any airport in the United Kingdom are required to pay this charge.
French Air Passenger Solidarity Tax : Passengers who depart from any airport in France are required to pay this tax.
