Accrual Policy
*

Mileage will be accrued. Only for members who took a flight.

*

The accrual rate for child fares is based on ticket class as for adult fares.

*

If a seat is upgraded, including Upgrade Awards, and the difference in fares is not paid by the member, miles will be accrued based on the original ticket class. (There may be ineligible airlines.)

*

If a seat is downgraded, mileage is accrued based on the boarding class.

*

For charter flights, mileage is only accumulated on ANA flights at an accrual rate of 50% of basic segment mileage, regardless of boarding class.

*

All bonus miles are only accrued if the flight miles for the relevant flight have been registered with ANA Mileage Club.

*

A single passenger occupying more than 1 seat to accommodate over-sized carry-on baggage, such as instruments or pictures, will only accrue mileage based on 1 seat.
