| Guide to Mileage Accrual |

| Give your ANA number when making flight reservations with ANA and Air Nippon. You should also present your ANA Card / ANA Mileage Club Card when
checking in for your flight. Refer to International

| You can earn mileage when flying on domestic ANA by simply giving your ANA
number when making your reservation. Refer to Domestic

| At check-in, when you present your ANA Card / ANA Mileage Club Card, make
sure that you also request ANA Mileage Club mileage accrual. Refer to Hotels |

|
| Please keep all necessary documents for retroactive registration
(passenger receipt, boarding pass, receipt of payment etc.) until your mileage
accrual for that flight has been confirmed. |

Your 10 digits AMC number will be required for making
reservations, mileage accrual, redeeming and using awards, and making inquires.
(Please note that your AMC number differs from your Credit Card number) |

In case of a lost or stolen card, and
name change, ANA Mileage Club will reissue a ANA Mileage Club card with new number. |

Your name must be same as shown in your passport. (For members using ANA Cards, please use a signature on the back of your card that matches the name on the card.) |

| Regarding your password |
|
Please use the password that was set or entered at the time of enrollment. Your password can be changed through 24 hour automated voice service or on ANA SKY WEB. Your new password will be in effect the next time you access your account.
Make sure that you are the only one that knows and uses the password; furthermore do not let anyone know your password.
If you forgot your password, you can reset your password through ANA SKY WEB.
Customers with registered e-mail address
After inputting the necessary items for identification verification, an email for setting up a new password will be sent to your registered email address.
For customers who have not registered their email address
After inputting the necessary items for identification verification, a notification will be sent to your registered mailing address by postcard.
* Please be advised that it may take 1 - 2 weeks (2 - 3 weeks for members living outside of Japan) before receiving a postcard.

| Mileage expiration date |
|
Miles are valid until the end of the 36th month following the month in which they were earned.
Use the members-only function to check when your miles expire.
Mileage will expire based on Japan Standard Time.

Even if they were earned by family members (including ANA Family Card members), miles cannot be combined.
* Accrued miles cannot be shared, combined, or transferred between members for any reason.
Miles accrued in other airlines' mileage programs cannot be transferred to the ANA Mileage Club for any reason.
* As indicated in the ANA Mileage Club Terms and Conditions, previously registered miles from other airlines' mileage programs may not be transferred or combined.
Miles can be accrued retroactively through retroactive registration as long as they are registered within 6 months of your flight.
* After non-members enroll, it will be necessary to register miles retroactively.
Even after completing the procedure for registering miles retroactively, please be advised that miles will not be accrued for non-applicable fares and flights.

If you depart before your card arrives, the miles can be accrued through retroactive mileage registration after you receive your card, as long as they are registered within 6 months of your flight.
Flight miles do not accrue for flights taken using Domestic or International Flight Awards.
When using upgrade awards, miles will accrue based on the class of tickets purchased.
Miles will accrue for infants if the infant fare is paid and the infant uses a seat on the flight.
* If the infant (under 3 years old for domestic flights and under 2 years old for international flights) does not use a seat, miles will not accrue.
Just as for adults, miles accrue based on the fare chosen.
Miles do not accrue for infant fares on Malaysian Airlines flights.
