ANA Value Vouchers (Coupon) will be delivered to the member's registered address along with an "Information Guide for ANA Value Vouchers" approximately 10 days after the request was made.
Deliveries outside of Japan may take longer.
Deliveries for requests made before holiday periods, including Golden Week, Obon, and New Year holidays, will take 2 to 3 weeks due to the high request volume. Please apply well in advance of the day you plan to use ANA Value Vouchers. |

Payment by ANA Value Vouchers (Coupon) and the use of air tickets, products and services paid for by ANA Value Vouchers (Coupon) can only be by the members shown on the ANA Value Vouchers (Coupon), his/her spouse and member's family within 2 generations.
"Award User Registration"is required for customers other than the member him / herself to use ANA Value Vouchers (Coupon). Please register award users through the "members-only functions" area.
* Award users may be requested to provide documentation verifying their family relationships with members.
* "ANA Value Vouchers (Coupon)" with different member names may be used together by eligible users.

The use of "ANA Value Vouchers (Coupon)" is subject to certain restrictions, including usage locations.
Be sure to check the web page for each eligible product before using ANA Value Vouchers (Coupon).
Please note that cash change cannot be given when paying with ANA Value Vouchers (Coupon).

| Invalid Coupons |
|
The following ANA Value Vouchers (Coupon) are invalid.
Coupons that do not have the ANA Mileage Club number and name, issue date, and expiry date printed on the front.
Coupons that have been sold.
Expired Coupons.

| Refunds |
|
Refunds for unused products will be issued up to the amount paid by means other than ANA Value Vouchers (Coupon).

No cash refund, return of "ANA Value Vouchers (Coupon)" or crediting mileage to the customer's Mileage Account will be available for the portion of payments made with ANA Value Vouchers (Coupon). |

Under exceptional circumstances such as flight cancellations due to bad weather, mechanical failure, and other related causes, ANA Value Vouchers (Coupon) will be returned and, in addition, a normal refund will be issued for the amount paid by means other than ANA Value Vouchers (Coupon).
However, no refund will be made on ANA Value Vouchers (Coupon) that have expired by the time a refund is requested for a flight that has been canceled due to an act of God, including bad weather. |

| Mileage Accrual |
|
| Members will earn predetermined Flight Mileage and Premium Points when flying with tickets that were redeemed with ANA Value Vouchers (Coupon) |

| Issuance of receipts |
|
The RECEIPT DATA WEB DISPLAY SERVICE is available for tickets purchased through ANA Reservation Centers. It is also available for domestic flights at ANA SKY KIOSK and automated machines at airports.
Tickets requested through ANA Reservation Centers or at the ANA counter will be issued at the amount paid by means other than ANA Value Vouchers (Coupon).
Receipts for the total ticket price, if requested, will show a breakdown by payment method, including the amount paid using ANA Value Vouchers (Coupon). |
