Awards may be used by the member, member's spouse, or member's immediate family.

| Notes on applying for Awards |
|
Miles are valid until the end of the 36th month from the month in which they were earned.
Mileage will expire based on Japan Standard Time. |

Identification will be verified at the time of application. As a rule, application for Awards by persons other than members are not accepted. If a member's representative applies, the fact that they are the member's representative will be confirmed. Please make sure you have your ANA Card or ANA Mileage Club Card on hand when applying. Award applications are not accepted without the ANA Mileage Club number. |

However, it is possible to specify delivery addresses other than the registered address for ANA Selection items. Delivery addresses are limited to Japan. |

It is not possible to combine your mileage with that of different members, such as family members or friends, and receive Awards. It is not possible to combine the miles accrued in the mileage program of another airline with miles accrued through the ANA Mileage Club. |

Please not that any Awards that have been applied for and not used will be invalid. Also, there is a "Refund policy for unused awards" for Flight Awards and International Upgrade Awards. Please refer to the Refund policy for unused awards for details. |

Sufficient miles to redeem for the Award must be in your account when you apply. |
| |
Miles necessary for Award redemption will be subtracted automatically beginning with the oldest accumulated miles in the account. |

| Refund Service for Unused Awards |
|
| Applicable only to all sectors of Japan Domestic · International Flight Awards which are unused. Mileage redeemed once for an award can be refund back to the account by paying a refund fee using miles. ANA International Flights Upgrade Awards, Star Alliance Upgrade Awards will be refunded without mileage refund fee. |

Important Notes on Mileage Service

Only awards which have not been used are considered eligible for mileage refunds. |

Mileage Refund Service is applicable only when you contact us during the above-mentioned “Accepting Period” and ANA receives tickets within the following periods.
International Flight Award Ticket: Within 30 days from the expiration date of the ticket.
Domestic Flight Award Ticket: Within 10 days from expiration date of the ticket. |

When a cancellation was not made prior to departure of the reserved flight, Award Mileage Refund Service is not available. |

Miles which are no longer valid at the time of a refund request will not be eligible for mileage refund. |

Please allow approximately 2 weeks for miles to be refunded. |

In the event of an application for refund for more than one member, each member will be required to pay the mileage refund fee. |

After the refund has been completed, the mileage refund fee will be deducted from the earliest year's accrued miles among all valid returned miles. |
