Customers who have a reserved paper ticket or an e-ticket (excluding certain carbon-copy ticket).
However, please come to ANA check-in counter if you are:
*Only e-ticket holders will be available when departing from Shanghai and Beijing Airports
♦ Customers whose reservation has been changed and not reissued
♦ Customers with children under 2 years of age
♦ Customers requiring assistance in boarding
♦ Using code-share flights with other airlines.
(When using a code share flight,please check-in at operated airline counter.)

The Self Service Check-in machine may not be available depending on the ticket and the type of passport. Please ask an ANA ground staff for details.

Passengers using domestic flights to Haneda and going to Narita by ground transportation to take International flights,or passengers using domestic flights to Itami and going to Kansai to take international flights, should check-in your international flights at Narita or Kansai Airport. Only domestic flights' check-in can be done at the domestic airports.

Passengers using domestic flights to Narita/Haneda/Kansai/Chubu to take International flights are not able to use International Self Service Check-in Machine. Please come to the check-in counter at each domestic airports for both domestic and international flights.

Proceed to the Self Service Check-in machine.
(An ANA staff will confirm your travel documents.)
2.
Receive your boarding pass from the Self Service Check-in machine and proceed to Immigration.
b: Customers with check-in baggage
Please come to the zone of your class

Proceed to the Self Service Check-in machine.
2.
Receive your boarding pass from the Self Service Check-in machine and check-in your baggage behind the Self Service Check-in machine.(An ANA staff will confirm your travel documents.)
3.
Proceed to Immigration.
a: Customers without check-in baggage

An ANA staff will confirm your travel documents at the side of the Self Service Check-in machine.
2.
Proceed to the Self Service Check-in machine.
3.
Receive your boarding pass from the Self Service Check-in machine and proceed to Immigration.
b: Customers with check-in baggage

An ANA staff will confirm your travel documents at the side of the Self Service Check-in machine.
2.
Proceed to the Self Service Check-in machine.
3.
Receive your boarding pass from the Self Service Check-in machine and pass your check-in baggage through the X-ray inspection.
4.
Check-in your baggage at counter and proceed to Immigration.

Please contact the ANA agent for those customers flying to Shanghai(Pudong) by Economy class normal full fare. The agent will hand you the meal coupon valid for the restaurants in Centrair Chubu International Airport.
