Only customers aged 65 years old and

1 adult traveling with infant or children
aged 3 years old and younger.

Young adult aged 12 through 16 years

Travel only of pregnant woman.

Service
* At departure airport
Airport staff will escort passengers from check-in counter to boarding gate.
(For passenger who is applicable for lounge, staff will take passengers from check-in counter to lounge)
* At arrival airport
Airport staff will escort passengers from the disembarking gate to arrival lobby or taxi stand.
* In case passengers have a connecting flight
Airport staff will escort passengers from the disembarking gate to the check-in counter or boarding gate for a connecting flight. (If the connecting flight will depart from a different terminal, airport staff will escort them to the shuttle bus stand.)
* This service is not provided by one-by-one style. Passenger are attended with one or more group of passenger together by one airport staff.
