New Services and Changes will be introduced to ANA Mileage Club from April 2011

Taking careful consideration of our member’s comments and requests, ANA Mileage Club will introduce new services and a campaign from April 2011. Please also be advised that a part of terms and conditions of partner airline award tickets will be changed at the same time.

1.Retroactive flight mileage registration on ANA international flights and Star Alliance partner flights will become much easier!

ANA Mileage Club members can apply for retroactive flight mileage registration on ANA international flights and a part of Star Alliance partner flights through ANA SKY WEB. So far members need to send necessary documents, but the application will be easily done through the WEB.

■Eligible flights: ANA international flights, Star Alliance Partner flights

■Service Launch: April, 2011

*Retroactive flight mileage registration for ANA domestic flights is available through ANA SKY WEB.

*Services for Star Alliance partners will be introduced step by step. Service detail will be announced before the launch.

2.ANA Upgrade Points for Premium Members become more simplified!

“ANA International Flight Upgrade Points Discount campaign” will start from April, 2011 through to March 2012. In addition, required number of points will be changed from April, 2012.

■Eligible members: 2011 ANA Premium Members

■Campaign period: April 1st, 2011 – March 31st, 2012 (Date of boarding)

■Campaign details: During the above campaign period, members can upgrade their seats on ANA international flights with discounted points.
