| The Change of Passenger Service Facilities Charge at Haneda Airport |

Haneda Airport will change the conditions of Passenger Service Facilities Charge as follows.
■Effective Date
For tickets issued on/after Oct 8th, 2010 and for travel on/after Oct 21st, 2010
■Passenger Service Facilities Charge
Passenger Service Facilities Charge amount for international departure will be changed. Also Passenger Service Facilities Charge will be charged for passengers transiting from international flight to international flight at Haneda Airport on the same calendar day.

■Refund of Passenger Service Facilities Charge difference for international departure
For tickets issued on/before Oct 7th, 2010 for travel on/after Oct 21st, 2010, the amount difference (Adult JPY40/Child JPY20) will be refunded at 'Service Desk in Travel Insurance Counter' located on the 3rd floor of Haneda Airport New International Terminal.
