ANA makes every effort to assure that checked baggage is carried to the arrival airport without any problems. However, if your baggage is not available at the arrival airport, ANA will locate it and deliver it to you in cooperation with other airlines as soon as possible. The tracing system shows the current situation of your baggage. Only customers who take ANA group flights(ANA/AJX) may use this system.

If you have connecting flights from ANA to another airline and baggage irregularity occurs at your final destination, the last carrier will be responsible for it. Please contact airport staff at your final destination. You may not use this system in this case.
You can now search the information on your delayed baggage by yourself!
Once you have completed the claim at the airport, this system offers you the ability to obtain the latest information regarding the location of your delayed baggage via the Internet. To use this service, you will need the reference number given upon arrival along with your name.The reference number is different from the baggage tag number. If you have not received it yet, contact our arrival airport.
