Applicable Customers
Customers who have an e-ticket.
*Paper ticket (excluding certain carbon-copy ticket) is available at Chubu, Kansai, Shanghai(Hongqiao) airport.
However, please come to ANA check in counter if you are:
♦ Customers whose reservation has been changed and not reissued
♦ Customers with children under 2 years of age
♦ Customers requiring assistance in boarding
♦ Using code-share flights with other airlines.
(When using a code share flight,please check-in at operated airline counter.)

The Self Service Check-in machine may not be available depending on the ticket and the type of passport. Please ask an ANA ground staff for details.

Passengers using domestic flights to Haneda and going to Narita by ground transportation to take International flights,or passengers using domestic flights to Itami and going to Kansai to take international flights, should check-in your international flights at Narita or Kansai Airport. Only domestic flights' check-in can be done at the domestic airports.

Passengers using domestic flights to Narita/Haneda/Kansai/Chubu to take International flights are not able to use International Self Service Check-in Machine. Please come to the check-in counter at each domestic airports for both domestic and international flights.
