How to Use

Apply from Telecom Square website.

24/7 English help-desk and back-up phone delivery available anywhere in the world
Pick-it-up at departure and return on arrival in Narita, Haneda, Kansai(Osaka), Chubu(Nagoya), and Fukuoka airports at your convenience.
It can request these service departure of the day at the airport(except Chubu)/It can issue receipts upon its return.

Important Reminder

-Please be aware that watching videos online or updating softwares generates a large amount of data traffic, and results in an expensive bill if your rental device (modem/mobile hotspot/smartphone) has a limited plan.
-If you rent a smartphone, the phone number pre-notice option is unavailable.
In addition, if you rent a smartphone for overseas use, it will take 2-3 months for the payment to be settled.
You will not be able to make the payment when you return smartphone at our airport counter. Please be forewarned.
